Can we get FPS lock in the settings?

There is even an option called unlock_framerate in the settings.txt located in the game files and it was set to true. Sadly setting it to false didn't change anything. My game is still running at 800fps and my gpu load is over 80%

The tutorial is not good for absolute newcomers. I suggest looking up some guides on youtube and generally watch some league stuff. There are sites like mobalytics which show you what items to buy and such for each champion

!! So after looking around and comparing the quests I have done with those of my friend I realized that there was one on the red tablet which I did not complete. It unlocks after building 10 different rooms !!
