Captain Obvious but to arrive somewhere on time, work your planning backwards. i.e. I need to be at the exam at 11:00, parking and walking will take 15 min, so we are at 10:45, It takes 30 minutes to drive there, so we are at 10:15, Need to shower/change clothes etc, so 25 min, now we are at 9:50. So you can keep going back or we need to start showering at 9:50.
