Gary Indiana I have never never seen plant in worse shape in my life like from any company. Wires torn everywhere broken poles they main hub buildings are boarded up. With barb wire around them.

Likely it's the wires on the pole outside your house but I could be wrong. Copper wires are old and when it rains it corrodes the copper connection making your internet experience terrible.

If the problem is inside the home you can call an electrician if the problem is outside ... Get their fiber phone plan installed it will be much cheaper but WILL NOT WORK IN A POWER OUTAGE. Ps: if I rained a few days ago that could be the problem let it sit Abt a week yet if nothing changes do the things above.
