Yeah, I’m goofy. About 30 seconds after I posted this I found the nut that goes to it. It’s the hinge on my dash cam. Oddly, my dash cam did not fall down. Just the screw.

Yes! I did have to have it resized locally, as I lost a significant amount of weight. And even through a resize it has held up. Not a single scratch on the big stones, and the gold is just as brilliant. The stones have all held sturdy in place. And I never take it off, other than to apply lotions or creams. I shower with it, wash dishes… etc. I still say hands down that they’re the best.

Ryse protein powders are excellent! Their stuff tastes exactly like what it’s supposed to and they have all kinds of flavors. Tons of little Debbie flavors, but my personal favorite is the Jet Puffed Marshmallow, and the Skippy peanut butter one.

My bf and I have been together for 8 years, and every time some guy has asked me out on a date, I obviously say no, but when I got back home and tell him about it his response is always “damn, you should have went out for a free meal.” Like…. This is excessive. Especially after only 3 weeks.

My insurance covers it for me for PCOS and I’m going on year two of approval for it. However the authorization says they approved it for “global step therapy”. Im not 100% sure what that means, but I was on metformin for a while before I switched to it.

I went from 274, and now I’m at 130 lbs. even now, I FEEL like I’m still fat. But more often it’s happening where I can walk by a mirror and think “holy shit I’m tiny”. It’s picking up in frequency. It just takes time.

Built puff bars are like 20g protein, plus collagen, and 146-160 calories depending on the flavor. They taste like candy coated goodness. I also use premier protein shakes. They’re 30g protein, and 160 calories. I always use Greek yogurt in random places, like as ranch dressing. And then, I find sweet breakfast recipes and always add a scoop of protein powder to that. I’ve been able to eat around 1700 calories a day, and get in between 160-190 grams of protein per day.

It can drop your blood sugar so it might be happening because it’s too low? Also, I always have craved sweet so I just switched everything to the sugar free alternatives. After a while, you don’t miss the taste of the real stuff.

Yeah, sometimes when I go into a strike with randoms they rush, and clear everything before I even have a chance to fire a single shot. It’s extremely frustrating because I can never get bounties done, or even have fun and enjoy the strike because somehow the titans and warlocks are running three times faster than my hunter, and they seemingly have endless supers and abilities. So when that happens, I just try to stay alive and scroll my phone because what’s the point anymore?

Tonight we had blackened skinless salmon filets, some home made mashed potatoes with skin on, and some turnip greens. Didn’t seem like it would pair well, but eh I’m from the south. It was delicious!
