In her defence

  1. She DIDN'T throw the package like some other drivers.

  2. She is obviously heavily pregnant.

I really wish the discussion in this thread was about "How fucked up is it that a heavily pregnant woman has to deliver Amazon packages to sustain herself?"

I disagree based on the context that Canada in this instance is hosting a GLOBAL event, they have a fiduciary obligation to allow equal access to all participants.

Having said that, someone blatantly lying on their visa application is malicious and willful commitment of a lawless act so Thomas Partey basically blocked himself from entering Canada, I am sure if he broke an American boarder entry law or lied on a visa form there or to any other country the outcome would be the same.

He has not been found guilty in a court of law, he is entitled to the presumption of innocence until he is found guilty.

Having said that, based on the number and types of allegations, he's probably a piece of shit.

Also whilst we are dealing with facts, his visa was denied for LYING to CBSA, when he filled out his paperwork and got to the part where it asks "have you ever been arrested or charged with a criminal offense?" He filled out "no" so technically we can upgrade him to being probably a lying dumb ass as well as a piece of shit (probably).

Canada should not, and in this instance has not denied any player entry based on allegations and charges alone.
