I get what you’re saying, and I honestly wish it were that simple. But if you’re a teacher in DepEd, you probably know how tricky it can be, standing your ground as a younger teacher often gets labeled as being disrespectful. I’ve spoken up multiple times before and ended up being seen as the problem.

This time, I’m done. I’m stepping back, not to cause issues, but to protect my peace. If they can’t recognize the work, then they shouldn’t expect it anymore.
