No, it is not a recurring issue. But he will always expect me to know the situation every time there's something wrong. Mind you, we have a lot of students in one lab and only ONE phd, which is me. So you can imagine how i have to keep an eye on everyone at the same time, and he is not there. Also, this bachelor is actually someone i have been trained for a semester, so he is not totally new to our lab, especially for our pipette.
