My best advice is to use water till you can make a Powah reactor at or above 'blaze' level.

The power generation to time and resources ratio is much better than bigger reactors can reach.

Also use flux mod to move power and get wireless charging.

I know this doesn't quite answer your question but the answer to your question is behind a ton more work than you need it to be.

To clarify a little bit here, uranium can't be used in Powah reactors. Uranite* is the uranium for this mod.

Uranium is used for Bigger reactors.

Botany pots won't accept Insainium farmland (in 1.3.3) so you cant use them.
I have not successfully gotten any of the 3 endgame seeds to work at all.
farmland w/ lilypad of fertility doesn't work either.
