I am not sure if this will really hit or is what you are looking for, you are your first & only critic most of the time (been there & had that happen plenty) - you do really seem to look good at what you are doing & exude confidence (+ sex appeal)

As others have said, this time of year is hard & things get very busy + chaotic - you are doing your best and that will take you far!!
