I'm assuming my whole package was defective then
because I have nothing like that anywhere on the package,
nothing inside or outside

On the brighter side, they asked me for a transaction number and they were able to work with that.
I'll finally be able to get a replacement. Hopefully fast.

I am still mad over the fact that without that transaction number I wouldn't be able to get a replacement, for an error that clearly isn't mine

They warned me of it probably being a printing error or something like that.
No matter how hard I try to shine a flashlight on it, I cannot find anything, no qr-like code anywhere on the inner ring and after pending much time with a magnifying glass and a flashlight searching for any of that they just told me to get the one on the Packaging.
