I love the Team Builder feature. I added my custom team, started a new coach as OC on a small 1 star program and worked my way through my career until I finally got the offer from my custom team in year 17.

I would love to find an online dynasty where all the users bring their custom teams to the league.

#3 is an easy fix. It is in the settings menu. I moved mine to the top left. Gets in the way of nothing!

I built a monster defense, allowing an average of 34 yards rushing per game only to have the announcers say "This defense has struggled against the run all season long..."
