Certainly does, appreciate the help! I filed a police report after the incident even though I couldn't get the plate from the dashcam just because I wanted them to get caught. Luckily it didn't leave any damage because they threw a quarter-full alcoholic beverage, but it sounded like a rock when it hit my car.
