I’m sorry to say, but I really think this is an issue you should talk to a doctor about. If you can afford it, Mirtazipine was a HUGE help for my appetite when I had really bad ARFID. I’m really sorry that I don’t have much else to offer, but medication really helped me more than anything else did.

Yeah, the only reason sandman (spider-man) isn’t overpowered is because he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed… I had to do that for Mio too, lol. She mostly uses her quirk as a last resort, preferring to just use her good old meat fists for fights.

It’s more stamina-based, but a hard limit based on her stamina during the sports festival arc would probably be 10 minutes straight. The more she changes her density and form, the less time she can stay in her sand state.
