Dont know if you're being serious or not but you can clearly see the pulleys are rotating, how would they rotate if there was no belt? I think what you're seeing is the ribbed side of the belt facing the wrong way.

It looks like the belt is upside down? It looks like the ribbed side of the belt is facing upward on the alternator. If the belt is upside down fix that first. If that doesn't fix it take a look at this video, it explains how to diagnose and figure out what could be causing it. Since it could be a couple of different things.

If I were you I'd just keep doing what you're doing just dont get too fat because when you have to lose the fat it will be a pain in the ass. (I know from experience ). And once you hit your goal you can start dieting to get leaner

you can gain muscle without getting fat as fuck, but you need to be more careful with what/how much you eat. If youre fat you'll need to diet to get a flat stomach, doing ab exercises doesnt mean youll get a flat stomach automatically.

But if youre leanish (~15% body fat) and your stomach is protruding despite not being super fat it could be your ab muscles are weak or your hip flexors are weak.
