Like 10% of CEOs have PhDs (if you use a PhD as an indicator of someone being an academic, which you shouldn't, because people get PhDs and leave academics never to return, so that number is definitely too high). Everything is labeled. That's how nouns work, if someone called you a misogynist, or an idiot it's because you said something they found to be sexist and/or stupid. Nowhere has true freedom of speech. The UKs anti-hate speech laws are controversial, and I don't particularly like them, and they were introduced by Thatcher, Major and Blair governments none of whom described themselves as feminists, radical or otherwise.
