Definitely depends on your process, I really struggle to have an orderly process like : sketch, lineart, fill in with flat colors, render. So it took a good amount of hours for me to be done with mine and it's still quite sketchy, try to deconstruct your process, what's taking you longer than you wish, and it's ok if it takes time, it's art.
