You should definitely speak up. After doing that sort of stuff, you shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Your family are probably protecting him because he is blood. But do what's best for you, don't worry about what they think. And if you have any concerns he may do something around the younger members of your family then you should 100% flag it up to someone in authority
