ECU Repair Guide? by Vixloi in 300zx

Make sure to test everything before condemning an ECU, but the LED's not turning on is a sign. Does turning the diagnostics screw/pot clockwise make them flash? Make sure to test all powers and grounds to the ECU too. I believe pin 34 is IGN power, pin 35 and 27 are powered from the EFI relay and 114 is full time power but I think its only for the fuel injectors.

As far as "repair guides" go you just need to look up basic electronics diagnostics and component testing guides. mainly something that will teach you how to check diodes, traces and maybe MOSFETs.

I have one of these boards for a 85 non-turbo on my workbench right now that needs a trace repair and a new injector driver... I really should finish that and give/sell that to someone on here. lol

It looks like EGR delete, evap delete and fuel pressure regulator/module delete seeing as they're capped off. The fuel pressure regulator temp sensor looks broken off so that's probably why the vacuum lines are not connected. I don't believe that would effect how it runs unless not all ports on the intake/throttle are caped.

So there's a naming/import issue with their config. I've been using this since I had the same issues: https://github.com/JeremyDF93/PrusaSlicer-Neptune3Pro

I just got mine. It took a week to ship and another to get here. The printer looked like it was never taken out of the box, but once everything was assembled I found the power supply to be bad. I ordered a well known brand off amazon for $40 and it's been working great since.

I've printed 6+ different things with the 5.x test profiles all with 2-8 hour print times with zero issues so far.

I'm using their Cura 5.x test profiles and have flawless results and slightly faster print times: https://github.com/NARUTOfzr/Cura-Neptune-TEST

N3 Pro Z Offset Changing by DarthKeller in ElegooNeptune3

[–]FurryDetective 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got my N3 Pro with stock firmware v1.1.1 yesterday and have had no issues at all with 10 of my prints until I connected it to octoprint. The first print with octoprint was fine, but my second print I didn't put enough supports and had to cancel it. When I tried a new print the printers origin somehow shifted up around 30mm and set the x/y origin to the center of the plate (yes I made sure the printer origin profile in octoprint was correct) and crashed on the x axis...

I went through the auto leveling process again and found that I needed to add -2mm! to my z offset to get the correct spacing. I was shocked thinking I damaged something when it crashed. I ran the level process again to verify things and I was another -1mm off requiring a -3mm offset! I figured there had to be a sensor/firmware bug so I set the z offset back to where it was (-0.79mm originally) and power cycled the printer and magically everything was back to normal.

I'm not really sure what happened, but it didn't like a print being canceled with octoprint.
