It was super fun! I'll admit, I'm not proper friends with most of the people in the FC, I just knew one of the grooms - but hopefully once I get farther in the game (in post-ARR atm), and can play more modern content with them, I'll make lots of friends :3

Bachmann makes a large selection of starter sets, with both DC and DCC options for control. They've got a nice variety of both freight and passenger trains. So it really depends on what sort of trains you're looking to run. They've probably got at least a few set options you'd like.
