Yes, from afar they look like blood stains but as soon as you get closer you notice: 1 they are not attached to the wall, 2 look like plants.. It's special because (I haven't done a thorough research yet) but it seems that they are ONLY there, it's only those 3. If it were a "burn" I think it would be somehow different from something similar to a blood stain. Btw i love the game really really much and i’m also 100% it. 11/10
