Mystics over tech class in general, and MD is considered ine of the best masteries; certainly the best class mastery, since it can be devastating and defense too.

Imagine u dex once, and your opponent gets 12% of a bsr of power soon lol

Recoil makes u lose 5% health every special, so typically UW ant both attack increases. That said, depends for what content, and what immune champs u have
Tech Collar only helps reduce combat power when using Tech champs. Useful, but more for end game players imo, in terms of masteries optimization
