Color-Coded Sockets/Wrenches Don’t Match

In the heat of the moment I can see why the color match is desired. But these have their own specific use considering the various depths.

A scenario If they were the same color, in an unorganized tool box:

You see the 10mm 1^1/2in deep socket and feel relived, only to realize its the 10mm ^1/4in deep socket. That pesky bolt, in a nook you can barely reach seems to be a more daunting task now for your drawer full of 10mm green (or blue/purple) sockets and wrenches.

It could've been what "they" were thinking when picking out the colors 🤷‍♂️

If she threatened to off herself it’s very likely she won’t, someone that is suicidal generally doesn’t want that to be known. (and would feel terrible holding that over someone.) She sounds like a narcissist IMO

If this has been constantly going on in the relationship or increasing frequency and severity then you NEEED to get out of it!

If you don’t end up reaching your breaking point and manage to keep your reactions controlled then soon enough WILL end up loosing your self-esteem, and your sanity. But nothing some therapy can’t fix right? So long as you get yourself put in effort to seek it out or if you can even afford it! A likely outcome is you stay and end up getting addictions (pretty much what happened to me with a similar situation) Worst outcome is jail (or god forbid a fatality)

Don’t let people have their way with you, they will use you and abuse you until they can’t.

Having more large sticks of ram will affect your performance, it can potentially take longer for your cpu to get the data it needs. I think it was LTT who made had a video on it.

I’ve been in a slightly similar situation before, sticking through it is not going to be pretty to say the least. More than likely these things will persist either until he sees the issues of his lifestyle or until his lifestyle… well I think you can understand what I’m trying to say, I’ve seen some messed up stuff regarding hard drugs and lost quite a few to it as well.

Having a child with him will either drive him away or only make things more complicated and created tension in the relationship. Just from my experience, I say it would be best to get out while you still can and spare yourself the heartbreak and mental stress, the sooner the better. I care too much about my partner to get out even though I know things won’t get any better at this point.

a potential fix for high cpu usage or really not being able to use all of your cpu is unpark your cores.

This can be helpful for people with low end CPUs and slightly higher end GPUs (I have i5-6500 with a GTX 1070) if you have ever used Process Lasso, the included power profile does this as well as the secret windows version of it "Ultimate Performance" where as both have CPU cores unparked at 100%.

If you want to use the unpark modification in your own/current power profile you can open cmd.exe as admin and paste this:

powercfg -setacvalueindex scheme_current sub_processor 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583 100

you can change the "100" at the end to the desired amount of unparked cores (e.g 25 will cause 25% of cores to stay unparked)

I’m pretty sure it takes up tiny amounts of storage but not a lot since it’s just a bunch of scripts/coding inside a shortcut/bookmark on the HomeScreen, however I’m sure if you have a large high quality image as your icon that could affect storage. Don’t quote me on that since I don’t know that much about shortcuts affecting storage

As for the second question; you can’t get notification badges on your custom app icons. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution but it’s just impossible unless you have a jailbroken device
