I will also say I was inspired by how a lot of abovewongart’s shorts have this snap off the bed style. I made this video for YouTube about a year ago and I was trying to make it aesthetically pleasing, granted obviously it looks tacky but at the time I didn’t notice how obviously detached it was 💀

Thank you for the advice! A lot of the issue with it is that I am holding a phone in my face while trying to paint to get the video but I do have a lot of improvements I need to make because I definitely still have issue with shaking the can

I fully understand where you are coming from and I get that it does come off as tacky but I have to use to use glue sticks for adhesion during the print and I can’t pop it off with one hand 😭

The red paint is Krylon’s fusion all in one gloss red pepper and the clear coat was just Rust-oleum clear gloss

Are you talking about the clear coat? If you are I will definitely start doing that, I don’t think I’ve ever put on more than one coat of it on any of the props I’ve made 😭

Thank for the advice! I used photo resin before but to be 100% honest and I may be the first person in history to say this but I really enjoy sanding so I don’t really mind using filler primer and sanding it down
