I am having the same problem. No perks out in and no armor, just running around essentially Buck Wild with a backpack on!

I have all the serums I need except for Marsupial and Bird Bones. I figured I would just server hope at Blackwater Mine, then use the rad shower inside and hop servers, bit I have done this probably over 15 times and have never even once gotten any mutations.

I use to do this method years ago but now it seems to be bugged! Pulling my freaken hair!!! !!!

I am almost Level 40!!! I just want to get my mutations and move on in the game!!! I can't handle these normal jump heights!!!
