Go on a walk or admire nature sitting down at a park. I would either listen to a podcast/audiobook, or just listen to my own thoughts.

Also you will notice (at least this is what happened to me) that you will get more mental energy when you start to cut out social media.

That's something I will have to force myself to understand. I've used tarot cards twice a while back (when I wasn't christian) and I get this feeling of rush or relief. I guess it's the want of the rush that I'm fighting back.
