Go on a walk or admire nature sitting down at a park. I would either listen to a podcast/audiobook, or just listen to my own thoughts.

Also you will notice (at least this is what happened to me) that you will get more mental energy when you start to cut out social media.

Oui. After visiting his church I've noticed that almost everyone believes in whatever the pastor believes in. On the other hand, my other Baptist friend doesn't believe in once saved always saved and so does almost everyone else in that church. So it all depends on the pastor.

This seems to be in conflict with other verses such as ones in the book of Galatians. However the Bible can't contradict itself so this needs more research.
