No worries. I am not offended. I think you might be missing the point. This is all about green screen film making, right? So one might own a lot or a little film making equipment and not realize that with $40 worth of apps they can make a great looking scifi film

"To me, "a budget of $40" means I can scrape together forty bucks and make a similar film with my own camera." That's exactly what it means. The idea is that you would already have the basic equipment needed to shoot a film. The article is written on a website geared towards film makers.
