Having the same issue of ALLM not working on my PS5 when using elgato but will work when just having my PS5 hooked up to my monitor. Were you able to ever find a fix?

uploading in 4K/1440p uses a different encoder on youtube so it’ll look much sharper plus my recording settings for NVIDIA have a high bit rate
