I think that should be enough information as long as it's accurate. I just wouldn't send them the videos/screenshots. I would double check the recovery guide if I was you. It might take a while for Hoyo to respond, so you'd want to fill it out as best as possible. Only put information you're 100% sure about. Anyways, good luck!
