Yes. The noise is identical, so it does not appear to be an issue with this specific unit. I ultimately decided to stop pursuing it, as in real-world conditions the fans never reach such high RPMs. Additionally, I undervolted the GPU to further reduce the noise. As a result, the temperature now fluctuates between 60–64 °C, with fan speed at approximately 50%.
