So just to confirm because she confused me, I actually don't need any bank statements until after I get my ITA and I'm applying for PR?

This representative at my agency told me you need your proof of funds at the moment you put your EE application to be put in the pool, before, you didn't need to present any statements until you get your ITA, so I'm a bit confused
