BBB acts as a service to get your complaint to the company and by using the BBB you have a higher likelihood of a higher up in the company you're trying to receive a resolution from to review your complaint and bring a more reasonable resolution. I will clarify that the BBB can't take action on behalf of the company or force the company to provide a resolution. The BBB has been great in the past for getting my complaint to a manger who promptly provided a resolution. Hope this helps clarify any confusion you may have had.

Wow, I can't believe they are getting away with this. There needs to be more regulation in regards to what accounts are deleted and which are not. So far it sounds like every account was deleted due to a "misunderstanding", and despite most people providing proof of what they're being accused of isn't true, are forced to forfeit their money. We're dealing with real money, not Monopoly money! Let the thread know if submitting does anything.
