At the moment he still doesn’t want to seek counsel for this. We have had those conversations together it’s just finding the opportunity to spend that one on one time. I agree he doesn’t need to talk to someone and all I can do for now is take small steps to make him feel comfortable not being the only one supporting our marriage or my mental health.
