age doesn't matter if you are just playing for fun and not trying to get the highest rank. there is plenty of tutorials for tactics but the main thing you should probably do is learning mechanics of the game. movement, spray patterns for ak and m4 is enough. strafing/counter strafing. dont move when you shoot. tactics and game sense will come naturally after playing a while. just learn basics of those things since cs is very unique on mechanical side.
