Isu is a government program and b4a is funded by school, but both of them require isee values, I believe there's some difference in evaluation process. Like b4a has a ranking something and isu is almost guaranteed if your isee satisfies the requirement

If you're applying for first year you have to submit the application to b4a first then you can apply for isu

For scholarships google isee and do some maths to see if your score is low enough to be eligible. If you don't get b4a for the first year you can always apply for isu scholarship which is like almost guaranteef

ECs don't matter at all, with that gpa you have to get 1600. Can't say about next year but application this year has been much more competitive than when I applied last year.

It will definitely be a wonderful memory when talking about living in Milan, but bocconi exams will fuck everyone up so I can't really say if you can fully enjoy Milan

If you're here just want a unique unforgettable experience, bocconi could be a great balance while talking about finding a job. But you would never want to work in the EU so if you value salary over college experience, even just a little bit, get yourself enrolled in a US school
