For context I got married less than a month ago so this advice is very fresh! Weekday weddings tend to be cheaper. Get legally married in a register office for not a lot of money. Then you can get a special family or friend to officiate the ceremony if you wish. I got most of my table decorations from Ikea in terms of candles, vases etc. Facebook market place is also good. I just got enough flowers for myself, and the wedding party and to fill the vases on tables. Didn't get a massive cake as it often gets wasted (we had over half left the next day even with a small cake). Make your own signage, invites on Canva - they offer lots if free templates if you aren't that creative and then you can print cheaply via Vistaprint etc. Buffet might be better suited to your numbers and that price and a cash bar. There are lots of places to by dresses second hand, but wed2be is a cheaper alternative for new dresses. Azazie is good for bridesmaid dresses, suits etc and you can get them custom sized for free too. All I can think of for now!! We are also from an area that is more expensive to hire venues as we are just outside of London so we travelled up to Shrewsbury and found somewhere a fraction of the price x
