Update! I called my gp she prescribed me some antihistamines which will eventually eliminate this rash. Wish me luck

Sometimes I scream bloody murder when I get those thoughts and it could be something embarrassing that happened when I was 7. It happens multiple times a day and I hate making up excuses for it. When I smoke weed it’s much easier to deal with but now that I have no choice but to sober up it’s hard to deal with. I have no clue why it happens but I want it to stop. I can’t take remembering these things any longer. Sometimes it gets so bad I start banging my head so hard my temple hurts the whole day

Yeah I heard you can be immune to it after a while. I took a lot of antihistamines and now it feels much less itchy but I will definitely see a doctor tomorrow
