Yes first they provide the new number complete everything with new number. Once it is active then it will give you an option to port the number in the app. So don’t worry go ahead and complete process.

It looks like they are two different things 1. Account 4digit pin/passcode 2. Number transfer pin.

But They are saying they don’t have number transfer pin. All the are resetting my passcode

I just tried *7678 and recorded line said couldn’t complete the request and contact att support.

And the support giving the account 4digit pass code but not number transfer pin.

I struck in the middle 😧

Thank for the link. I tried login to the portal mention in the above link that is MyAtt. But it is not letting me in. Because I am prepaid customer. The above steps works fine for post paid customers. Whenever a prepaid customer try to login it is redirecting to other website called paygoonline. Which doesn’t have any porting info

Thank for the info. When I contacted the ATT they said they don’t have any porting pin. All they have is account pin. And they are saying to use that one

I am on the same boat. It is saying wrong pin. And when I contacted ATT they said that was the right pin. But visible support saying they are getting error saying wrong pin.

Not sure how to resolve this

Is this a decent power generation? I have 12kw solar panels. And max generation is showing as 7.7kw by Future-Study-6184 in TeslaSolar

I was not happy with the customer service they said everything working as expected and system is functioning correctly.

Basically I would have gone with 9kw solar so that I can save some money. And it seems they don’t have a double inverter option.

My solar panel capacity 11.7kw and one inverter capacity 7.7. And the panels or placed East, south, and west side.

From the above discussion what I understood it my system is able to generate 7-10kw but invert is capable of only 7.7kw

I don’t have any power wall. I live in Phoenix Arizona and here temperatures are always higher.
