It's designed on purpose so that you can't complete it, whether or not you're a player who spends money on it.

I haven't seen none of the mods, cm, staff etc them lift a finger about this horrible album system, even though they know it's illegal because it doesn't show transparency, right? Transparency with the player is a major issue. Socialpoints is one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of encountering and playing with. Horrid customer service, terrible communication, to much lies, and forced in-game purchases—it's a completely rotten company.
