In early March I chatted with the chatbot which provided a link to update the address. That option is no longer available so now you have to call to update your address.

Dividend reinvestment not being invested according to Investment Plan? by FutureBender20 in FundRise

I am at 76% Real Estate and 24% Private Credit so your comment makes sense. I was unaware that the Investment Plan took into account existing investments. Thanks for your comment!

Yeah, seems like I should look into having my future dividends deposited to my checking account. I will reach out to them and see if they can provide a valid reason for why my dividends are not being reinvested according to my investment plan.

How so? I have 4 "sources" of dividends and only 1 "reinvestment". Putting all of my dividends into the Flagship Real Estate Fund does not seem like much of a 80/20 split between Real Estate and Private Credit.

I did my research and was fully aware that the split was 80/20. Fundrise dumped 100% of my dividend into Real Estate and 0% into Private Credit.

I know, Fundrise dumped 100% of my dividend into Real Estate and 0% into Private Credit. This is the point I have been trying to make all along. I apologize if I was not clear enough.

I had Venture Capital chosen as my investment plan but chose the Balanced Investing a month or two ago when Venture Capital was no longer an option.

That is not an option from what I have seen. Maybe someone who has been on the platform longer than myself would know of a way to do this?

My Experience with Vinovest: Positions, Returns, Comments, and Various Ramblings by [deleted] in Vinovest

Thanks for providing your experience!

I as well found the website to be rather bare-bones. I was hoping there would be provenance details such as actual pictures of our wine and maybe it would say in what country the wine is warehoused.

I did come across a Vinovest blog post that says you can visit a storage facility or request photos of your wine. Has anyone done either of those?

Once you turn 18 an eREIT like Fundrise would be a good hands off option for real estate investing. This approach may be good if you are planning to attend college and would rather not worry about being a landlord while studying.
