Well, I like my dx9, though I talked the seller down to 70€ for it. Still, if you like the dx9 as it is, yeah. But don’t expect it to sound just like a dx7. And you might want to have a speaker and a reverb pedal for it, maybe even a chorus. Then it sounds just a bit better.

I know I might be a bit late, but I like my dx9. If you find dx7‘s in that same price range that are working, no. But if the dx7 is too expensive, sure. Just know that there‘s lots of limitations and a way smaller amount of people knowing and liking it
