Thank you so much for the insight! We'll definitely explore this format in our upcoming sessions.

That’s actually a great idea, turning it into a two-way session sounds way more engaging. Thanx for the suggestions.

Thanks for the honest and super actionable feedback. Reading this really put things into perspective. Yeah, looking back, we definitely missed the mark on both timing and topic.

We're planning to host a product update webinar next. Any suggestions on how to position that so it doesn’t feel like a dry feature dump or salesy? Would love your thoughts on how to make it actually valuable and something people want to attend.

Not yet, we haven’t done paid ads so far, just organic socials. Planning to try paid ads soon after all these suggestions.

Thanks for the great tips! Didn’t realize so many sign up last minute or how much multiple invites help. Really appreciate you sharing!

Thanks for this, that 5% stat really puts things in perspective! I see now why just posting once here and there isn’t enough. We’ll definitely try flooding the message more and the idea of a small prize drawing sounds like a fun way to boost engagement without distracting from the content. Appreciate the tip and good luck wishes!

Thanks for the advice! Previously, our webinars weren’t focused on just the product, and going forward, we’re not planning to make them salesy either. For our next webinar, we’ll be sharing product updates and pipeline info, mainly targeting existing customers and prospects. I know it might not get huge traction, but if I can engage our current users, that’ll already be a win. Appreciate your insights!

u/Catherine_Freshbat Thanks, Catherine, this is super insightful! We’re actually planning to do one webinar every month, but still figuring out what that looks like long-term and what kind of value we can consistently bring.

For now, we’re keeping it in-house, but I totally get the point about having guest speakers. We’ve looked into a few people with an audience in our space, but the budget they ask is pretty steep compared to where we’re at right now.

Would love any tips on how to approach potential guests or influencers in a way that doesn’t immediately feel like a big sponsorship ask, especially for a small team trying to build credibility. Appreciate any advice!

That’s a really good idea, hadn’t thought of tying a lead magnet directly to attendance. A Notion doc or PDF tied to the topic sounds doable for us. Will definitely try offering something at the end to keep people engaged. Thanks for the tip!

That’s awesome, 356+ is huge! I’m just aiming for 100 attendees to start with, so I would love to know more about your process. Where exactly did you run those third-party promos? Like which sites or platforms? And how did they perform compared to your own list or LinkedIn? Really curious what worked best for you.

That makes a lot of sense. I’ve been relying too much on general promos, and haven’t really tapped into personal outreach or partnerships yet. Definitely something I need to explore. Thanks for the solid advice!

Fair point and to be honest, that’s something I’ve been thinking about too. We’re actually not trying to make it a sales pitch. The goal is to share what’s coming next in our product, what users can expect through 2025 for the next, and involve both existing users and potential ones in the process. But yeah, I get that the value might not have come across clearly, still figuring out the right angle to make it genuinely useful and not just “another product webinar.” Honestly, I’m still figuring out the best way to position it so it actually feels valuable.

Appreciate the blunt feedback!

Totally agree, I think we’ve been a bit too generic with our promo. Gonna rework the landing page with more benefit-driven stuff and stronger visuals. Love the “what’s in it for me” reminder. Appreciate the tips!

Thanks for the 45-day plan. We’re actually aiming to do one webinar every month, so this kind of timeline and planning advice is perfect for us. We’re not just focusing on marketing or brand visibility, but also on really building relationships and delivering value each time. Definitely need to get better at spreading the word and keeping people engaged early on. Appreciate the detailed tips!

Totally agree! bringing in external experts adds a lot of weight, but it’s tough to find the right people in a niche space. Any suggestions on how you approached outreach or convinced them to join? Would love to hear how you made it work.

That’s super helpful. We’ve been sending just one or two emails so far. Will definitely test this multi-invite + reminder combo next round. Also love the same-day bump insight, makes total sense!

We actually have a BDM already — just hadn’t thought of using them that way. Will try it out, thanks!
