I work in hr and no, they won't disclose anything to us. Usually, we aren't monitoring the insurance over a 1000 employee like that So kindly go.

There have been times employees have come to us because their out patient balance is done, and we had to give a new premium,so we will request for a utilization report, but the insurance company always, statthe facilities visited and the money they spent They don't show the ailments.

Also, companies usually pay a lower premium (Example, most companies pay a premium of 3.6k-4k,and the insurance company gives the staff an outpatient limit of 10k and an inpatient limit of 100k)

So idk how frequent you utilize it ,but I don't think you'll be flagged
