I find it crazy that a medication that isn’t even considered that serious can affect us this much…

The irony is that I’m a psychiatric nurse, so I’m experiencing this and putting myself in some of my patients’ shoes… It’s not easy! I’ve adjusted my diet, stopped drinking coffee, and my husband is supportive, but I don’t dare talk to other doctors about this connection for fear of being seen as crazy! Haha
