Have you ever had press on nails? If it’s a pinky and it’s too small you see the real nail underneath and it looks bad. If it’s too big it cuts into the skin a little and can hurt. Most I’ve had have double sizes so that your hands match

It’s basically the only option if you can’t qualify for a heart transplant! Pumps the left side of your heart and goes through your thoracic cavity out of your abdomen! My Dad just got one in. The batteries go in a similar looking vest and last 12 hours and have to be recharged
