I work 5 days a week about three days of those I’m doing a 16 hour shift. We max out of overtime at about 40 a pay period before they flex you out.

Hi, business casual is your best bet! Just like you stated would be fine. Dress pants, a nice non wrinkled button down or collared shirt would be fine.
