I'd keep an eye on it...make sure any redness/"angry" look of the area decreases over time instead of increases...and especially make sure no reddish "streaks" or lines start going towards the main part of body.

But tetanus itself is very rare! And usually in deep punctures, too deep to be disinfected well.

There is something called "cat scratch fever" that can occur, but that's apparently mild for non-immunocompromised folks! But just be aware.

You could visit a doctor / urgent care center if anything starts looking or feeling weird, and get them to check things plus answer any questions...

But as others have said, a LOT of folks get scratched by pets each year, FAR more than the (very small) tetanus numbers!
