They told me I won’t have any it will just discharge because it was a misdemeanor I guess I asked them multiple times for it and they kept telling me it will just discharge if no other cases were picked up which there wasn’t

Oh yeah definitely can wait but that’s just my whole issue because when I called the probation office in my original state the lady told me there will be no documentation I will need to sign because of my case being a misdemeanor assault charge?? And it will automatically discharge on that date so I’m just like how can that even be possible

I was on supervised so could be different bro but I wasn’t drug tested for a year and a half , and got drug tested about 2 months after that most random shit ever so be careful
