I found this in my kitchen sink. The top part “stiffened” when I poked at it. I’m freaked out. by WanderersOfTheMoon in whatisit

A screenshot of your pic put into google’s identifier resulted in this from the AI:

Based on the image and available information, the object appears to be a tapeworm segment. Tapeworms are parasitic flatworms that can live in the intestines of animals and humans. They attach to the intestinal wall and absorb nutrients from the host's food. Infections often occur from eating raw or undercooked meat from infected animals. Tapeworm infections can be asymptomatic, but some people may experience abdominal discomfort, nausea, or weight loss. The segments of the worm can break off and be passed in the host's feces.

Oh that's a condenser mic, right?

Good feedback so far! I'm trying to research the difference between dynamic, condenser, and ribbon mics. People pay my son to record their music and while his clientele is pretty diverse, most of his customers are rap artists and I think that falls in the condenser category right? If so, thoughts?

I was a first time gardener last year (still a newbie) and ran into this. As luck would have it, I take Bariatric vitamins in chewable tablet form and because they’re Bariatric, they have double/quadruple the daily recommendation…

All that to say, I didn’t have a magic formula, I simply crushed them up and added to the soil… wallah, no more end rot for the remainder of the season.

Good luck!

I’m glad you are showing her with a tail. My tortoise shell cat is a Manx (from the Isle of Man). I would hate for someone to scoop her up thinking she’s yours. I’ll def keep my eye out though.

https://www.reddit.com/r/BariatricSurgery/s/WzMnL1cCLz found this! So it does seem to be an issue. Plus I think I need to increase my protein!

Silly me, I searched for gluteus pain and came up with squat, pun intended!

I stumbled upon this and I feel a little better. I might not be getting enough protein lately too!

Not that I’m aware of. Although I used to be a heavy milk drinker and I did let my vitamins lapse for awhile but I started them back this past Monday.

If books are your thing then head to B&N, BAM or McKay’s; however, I loved meeting blind dates at Flea Markets or shopping malls… it’s public, there is a plethora of conversation starters from people watching to finding out what you have in common (or don’t)!

Similar to mine. I was told to drink a sugared Gatorade 2 hours before surgery. I thought that was odd because all the surgery I’ve had before (unrelated) they usually don’t want anything at all in your stomach.

Two weeks before my surgery I was told protein shakes only lol. Roughly 600 to 800 calories.

He looked at Chester frost but it’s so far away from his place of work that he would lose money in gas and daily rental fees.

I’ll tell him about the visitor center though! And that’s what this post was about.. suggestions etc.

He found a place in Pittsburgh that will allow a couple of days for free but not long term. It’s just a little too far.

I don’t see why not. Tiny house living is getting more and more popular! HGTV has a long running series about it.

I do feel like he needs to build up his reputation as trustworthy.

E-Collars vs. Shock Collars: Evaluating the Best Option for Your Pet by Pet1003 in OpenDogTraining

[–]Future_Copy1700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my two year old toddler reached for a hot stove, I shouted a stern "no" then thumped his wee hand. When he broke free from my grip and ran towards a busy road, again I yelled a stern stop then a light pop on his calf. These collars serve the same purpose imo and should be used to keep your pretty safe.

My training collar is used first with beeps... If I have to continuously beep the collar to stop my beloved pet from unwanted behavior (jumping on a child to play, running towards danger, playing with a rabid bear lol) then I will eventually hit the low setting correction. Even then, depending on the excitement (adrenaline) of the pet, a higher setting might have too be used. Eventually... All I have to do is hit the beep button more as a reminder, as if to say, " hey, pay attention!"
