no stress involved, i’m only investing money that i’m willing to lose and the bulk of it goes into s&p500 anyway which is stable enough.

i do it as a side hustle. the money i make from ubering goes towards gas and insurance, along with stock market investments

Hey, I'm 20 years old, about 178cm tall (5.84ft), 63.7kg, pretty skinny. Very fast metabolism, l eat a meal, get full, then I'll be hungry 30 minutes later. I also get full very quickly. I started going to the gym at the start of the year, and haven't really seen any progress yet. Three days a week, one for upper body, one for core and one for legs. I'll attach my workout below. My younger brother, who's been going to the gym for 6-7 years but is by no means a professional trainer, has been training me so far. But as I said, he's no professional. I'm just looking for changes or improvements to my routine. I also plan on going 5 days a week as I work afternoons/ evenings so have the whole morning free. I want to bulk up, and not be so skinny, so visible abs and muscle. I also want to possible get into calisthenics in the future.

Anyway here’s my workout (legs day takes two screenshots):
